D-Link DCS-5610

The D-Link DCS-5610 is a wired pan/tilt/zoom network camera released as a more expensive and fully-featured upgrade from the DCS-5300. It hosts an improved progressive-scan sensor that allows for VGA video capture at 30fps.

It still relies on Ethernet connectivity, but it adds along Power over Ethernet (PoE) and support for live video feed transmissions to an Internet-ready mobile phone. Also added is two-way audio (speaker required) for speaking to the person being monitored, and an advanced management system (D-ViewCam 2.0) that allows the user to upload a floor plan of his/her home or business.
