It also hosts Power over Ethernet, meaning it can simultaneously receive power while transmitting. Unlike its standard camera peers from D-Link, the DCS-6110 is safe from tempering—as it’s a fixed dome solution. Additional features include the ability to transmit to compatible mobile phones, the ability to add on external devices (IR-sensors, alarm relays), and an advanced management system for scheduling recordings and triggering motion detection.
