D-Link DES-1105

The D-Link DES-1105 is a compact 5-port Ethernet switch geared for users trying to expand their at-home wired network. Designed for plug-n-play compatibility, the switch can connect to another switch or computer without any crossover cables.

Plus it’s capable of auto-sensing whether the attached network device is running at 10Mbps or 100Mbps. More importantly, the DES-1105 is capable of a throughput up to 200Mbps per port in full-duplex mode. Most users hail the switch for good performance, but a few have complained about poor transmission speeds and lack of quality customer service from the manufacturer.
