Assuming the user purchases the DHP-300 with an extra adapter, they can then share files at a theoretical speed of 200Mbps, assuming no traffic interference from any high-power devices also drawing electrical power. Testing by critics has revealed an average speed slower than a draft-n wireless router, but faster than an 802.11g router.
