Netgear ProSafe GS724TR

The ProSafe GS724TR is a 24-port gigabit switch from Netgear's ProSafe switch series.  The switch is tailored to the needs of small and mid-sized businesses with basic features that provide secure, reliable performance.

  Like the GS724T, it features 24 10/100/1000 Mbps switching ports and has two dual-personality SFP slots that can be used for fiber connectivity.  It is an upgrade to the GS724T since it also supports 32 static routes for inter VLAN routing and better bandwidth management.  The ProSafe GS724TR includes advanced security features like ACL filtering and 802.1x port authentication.  It also includes smart switch capabilities for managing the network with performance monitoring, VLAN, port trunking, and Class of Service functionality.  The ProSafe GS724TR has a retail price of $715 and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
